If a Chromebook user is no longer able to use certain Chromebook shortcuts, they may need to reset all shortcuts to factory settings.
To do this, first click on where the time is displayed at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, then click the settings cogwheel -
In the Settings window that opens, click Device from the left panel, then select Keyboard and Inputs from the right panel -

Scroll down near the bottom, then click View Keyboard Shortcuts, opening a new window listing all shortcuts. To reset these back to factory settings, click on Reset All Shortcuts, then confirm -
